Refunds on returns :-

    * The cost of shipping for return is to be borne by the customer.
    * Customs charges/duties applicable has to be paid by the customer.
    * Refunds for orders purchased will always be issued to the customer who placed the order
    * Please mention your Order Id while sending your return. Order Id is the only way we will be able to identify your order and effect refunds.

    * To expedite the processing of your return, please reference your order number.
    * We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
    * The returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you receive it.
    * Item/s that have been modified/ altered or whose original dimensions have been recasted as per the request/ order shall not be returned.
    * Shipping charges are non refundable.

Our return policy is a result of our confidence in our products. Every product is triple checked before shipping. Since we handpick our stock, the first quality check takes place during procurement, at the artisan's premises. The second check takes place before those products are entered into our stock database and are displayed online. The final and the most important quality check takes place before the products are shipped to the customer.
